Psychological expert reports, cognitive rehabilitation and psychotherapy

My method: scientific rigor that analyses, human warmth that understands your story

I accompany you in understanding why you feel this way. I understand how exhausting it can be to deal with “brain fog,” the frustration of a cognitive deficit, or the distress of a legal process (civil matters, disability claims, etc.). My services are available online and in Barcelona. I combine the objectivity of neuropsychology and the rigor of forensic psychology with a space of unconditional listening. Together, we will find precise answers and a plan of action based on your unique story.

Through our work together, you can begin to:

Feel the calm that comes from finally having a precise diagnosis and understanding the reason behind your symptoms.

Regain confidence in your own cognitive abilities and in your decision-making.

Understand your neurodivergence as a personal operating manual rather than a deficit, and approach it from your strengths.

Face a legal process (civil or disability-related) with the certainty of a solid and impartial scientific-technical report.

Develop practical and effective tools to manage
anxiety, depression or trauma.

Reduce “brain fog” and the frustration it creates
in your work and personal life.

Improve your quality of life and independence in daily tasks
after brain injury or cognitive decline.

Feel validated and heard in a safe,
professional and non-judgmental space.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is cognitive rehabilitation?

It is a specialized neurocognitive training treatment designed for people who have suffered brain injury (stroke, traumatic brain injury) or present cognitive decline. After an assessment to identify which functions are affected, an intensive training plan is developed (using computer-based tasks, worksheets, and exercises) to recover those functions or learn to compensate for them and improve autonomy.

What is the difference between a psychologist, a neuropsychologist, and a forensic psychologist?

A psychologist focuses on emotional well-being and behavior. A neuropsychologist is a psychologist specialized in the relationship between the brain and behavior, assessing functions such as memory or attention (which are key in cases of brain injury or dementia). A forensic psychologist is an expert who applies the rigor of psychology to the legal field (in my case, civil law), mainly by preparing impartial and objective expert reports. My professional profile integrates these three perspectives.

In what types of cases do you prepare expert psychological reports?

My specialization is in the civil field. This mainly includes reports for work disability proceedings (assessing whether a psychological or cognitive disorder prevents someone from performing their job), disability evaluations (assessing the degree of impairment), or the assessment of cognitive sequelae after an accident. I do not prepare reports for criminal or family law cases (custody, divorce).

Do you only work in Barcelona?

I offer services in two ways: in person and also online for most therapy and follow-up services, adapting to your needs. Neuropsychological assessment, due to the use of specific materials, usually requires in-person sessions.

My relative has suffered a stroke or traumatic brain injury. At what stage can you help?

My intervention is key during the subacute phase (after acute hospitalization, when the patient is stable) and during the chronic phase (months or years later). In both phases, cognitive rehabilitation is essential to enhance recovery from “invisible” sequelae (memory, attention, etc.) and improve quality of life.

How long does a complete neuropsychological assessment take?

It depends on the complexity. The process requires several sessions: it begins with an initial interview to gather information and define the plan. This is followed by assessment sessions (to administer the different tests), each lasting 50 minutes. Finally, a feedback session is held where I provide and explain the full report with the results and recommendations.

Shall we take the first step toward clarity and well-being?

If you are looking for an approach that combines scientific precision with human warmth and attentive listening to your personal story, you are in the right place.
